Water and Your Skin

Drink 8 glasses of water per day....

If you are doing exercises or If you are living with hot weather, and heated indoor air all cause your body to lose water. It means, if the dehydration of body continually increased according to the above reasons. Therefore, if you are living with above conditions, try to increase your water input level to control your body hydration.
