Home Remedies for Glowing Skin & Smooth Skin


You can transform your dry skin into a super smooth, soft, supple, and glowing skin by using these home remedies.
  1. Mash a banana with milk and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get a skin that will glow.
  2. Apply honey on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Your skin will glow and become soft and smooth.
  3. Mix egg white with honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
  4. Make a paste of one teaspoon of walnut powder, honey and lemon juice. Scrub your face with this paste and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
  5. Rub a piece of papaya on your face and neck for 15 minutes.
  6. Make a paste by mixing 2 tablespoon turmeric (haldi) powder in orange juice. Scrub it on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
  7. A paste of the fresh fenugreek leaves, applied on the face prevents pimples, blackheads, dryness of the face and early appearance of wrinkles.
  8. Make a paste by mixing mashed banana, honey, lemon juice and margarine. Apply on face for overnight. Smear on hands and feet, and wash off in the morning (wear gloves in hands and socks in feet).
  9. Boil cabbage in water. Wash your face with this water.
  10. Powder mango peels and mix 1 teaspoon milk powder and rub on face, neck, and hands. Wash it off after 15 minutes.
  11. Mix one cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon fresh lemon / lime juice. While taking bath, lather your body and face heavily with a soft soap like Dove. Scrub the whole body and face with the sugar mixture on the lather.
  12. After a shower apply vaseline over your entire body. Shower again after one hour. Repeat twice a month.
  13. Mix corn (polenta) flour with egg white and apply on your face. When your face is dried completely in about 1/2 an hour, put your fingers in warm water and massage your face. Repeat daily for 10-15 days.
  14. Soft and smooth hands for life
    Mix 3 teaspoons of baby oil and 2 teaspoons of sugar together. Rub your hands, feet or any part and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.

  11. Pimples can also be cured with a light massage of rose and sevti flowers extract. The extract is easily prepared by distilling a number of flowers in a distilling apparatus. The extract should be applied on the pimples three times a day.

  • Keep your skin clean. Do not scrub your face. The face does not need scrubbing. And, neither does your back. In fact, the more you scrub on it, the more acne you can get and more trauma to your skin.
  • Skin cream on the skin feels soft and smooth, but if you want your skin to benefit from that cream, you need to dampen your skin first then add the cream. The cream will help retain the moisture in the skin.
  • Use a non-chemical soap to wash your face. Then dry your face by patting with a soft clean towel. You can actually not use soap on your face at all, especially if you have dry skin.

Honey & Almond Face Mask
Mix 1 tsp of milk powder, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and ½ tsp of almond oil.
Apply on face and wash off after 10-15 minutes. This pack helps bring shine to the skin and also removes tan.

Oatmeal & Tomato Face Mask
Mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice and apply on the face.
Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
It helps remove the tan and lightens the skin.

Milk & Lime Face Mask
A tbsp of gram flour mixed with 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice works well for lightening dark skin.
Apply this mixture and leave it for 15 minutes before washing off.
Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a week.

Tomato Juice & Lime Face Mask
Apply a mixture of grated tomato with 2-3 drops of lime juice on the face.
Leave it for 20 minutes before washing off. Do this twice a day for 15-20 days for best results.

How to glow your skin....



Egg Yolk
The yellow part of the egg called as egg yolk is excellent for skin glow. To one egg yolk mix ½ olive oil and 4-5 drops of lemon. Apply it on the skin. Keep it for 15 minutes and rinse it off. In case the pack dries up prior to the set time of 15 minutes then also wash it off. Egg packs must be cleaned immediately once it dries up else it stretches the skin and might lead to fine wrinkles. Hence ensure to wash the face as soon as the pack dries. It is best for dry skin and normal skin.

Avocado
It is a nutrient-rich fruit. It leaves the skin well nourished and moisturized. Take one fully ripped avocado and mash it thoroughly. To this add ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Mix well. Smear this paste on face and neck. Hold it for 10 minutes, then after rinse it off. With regular use the face shall start glowing face.

Banana
This fruit when mixed with honey gives instant glow. Take one tablespoon well mashed fully ripped banana and ½ teaspoon honey. Mix both together and apply it on the face. Then after 15 minutes clean skin with lukewarm water. This can be sued once in two days for best results.

 

How to glow your skin..


Cucumber
It is the skin's best friend. It replaces the dull skin with striking glowing skin. Grate one cucumber and squeeze out its juice. Dab this freshly prepared cucumber juice on the face and neck with a cotton ball. And put the left behind grated cucumber on the eyes. Re-apply the juice on the skin 2-3 times in the span of 20 minutes. Later wash the skin water. Use it every day for that wonderful glow on the face.

Coconut Milk
Freshly prepared coconut milk does wonder for the skin. In 2 tablespoon concentrated coconut milk add 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder. Mix both well. Using a flat brush apply the mixture on the face. Allow it to dry and after 15 minutes sponge down the pack from the skin. This pack suits all the skin tones.

 




Orange
It is a good source of ingredients that assist for getting the skin glow. Take out the juice of half orange. To this add 2 teaspoon of curd and mix well. Apply the mixture on the face and leave it as it is. In the course of 20 minutes orange juice and curd shall penetrate deep inside the skin layers and fulfill all skin nutrient requirements. Later rinse the applied pack and pat dry the skin. Glow shall come on the skin with regular use of the pack.

  • Drink plenty of water and other liquids.

Natural Skin Whitening - Papaya

 
Raw papaya green in color and ripe papaya orange in color are helpful for improving the complexion. The green papaya consists of papain enzyme that is ideal for skin lightening. It can be used as – take one tablespoon fine paste of raw papaya and one tablespoon pulp of ripe papaya. Merge both together. Apply this mixture on face. Leave it for 15 minutes. After that remove the papaya from face and wash the skin with water. It can be used every day for best results.

Natural Skin Whitening - Potato
